The Foot's Beginnings
The foot is the first part of our body to contact the ground. The foot determines how the rest of the body must respond to its environment. Improving sensation and control at the foot allows all other joints to improve their function.
To begin this process, we must first establish control of our toes. Perform the exercises below 5 times per day for 20 repetitions each and begin your journey of connecting to and strengthening your feet!
