Athletes can now access the same comprehensive training program that our professional athletes undergo.

NEXT GEN Elites combines on-court skills work with strength & conditioning to build the ultimate athlete. The program offers purposeful and detailed training ran by the Olympia Athletics team who have built the mind and bodies of some of the best athletes in the world.

Athletes will be pushed physically and mentally through battle-tested programs to be able to outlast and outmanoeuvre their opponents, improving their competitive edge.

Basketball Junior Elites

Basketball Junior Elites aims to build a strong base for athletes of all skill levels. It is designed to:

  1. ENGAGE by meeting each athlete at their current skill level.

  2. EDUCATE athletes on how to train and learn effectively, and the details of every component of the game.

  3. EMPOWER through a community that encourages discipline, resilience, and self-efficacy - necessary tools to problem solve and overcome adversity on and off the court.

Every athlete is also provided a daily training program to accelerate and promote accountability for their own progress.

High-Performance BAsketball

High-Performance Basketball is designed for players who wish to pursue a career in elite basketball.

Over the last 15 years, our High-Performance Coach, Neal Wen, has engineered one of the most successful basketball training systems. Applying his expert knowledge in motor skill acquisition, sports biomechanics, and physiology, our basketball training system has turned juniors into pros more consistently than any other program in Australia.

High-Performance Basketball seamlessly integrates your sports preparation and physical fitness in a way that unleashes your unique talents. These are the same battle tested training programs that Neal has used to prepare his players for the Olympics, NBL, CBA etc.
